I did and they are lovely. For now I have braid on and I love the Braids spray and the moisturizer in a small tub container with the orange smell is lovely.

I don’t know if you have noticed this, in us blacks when you had your hair plated or braided you will find that after 2-3 weeks you will have this white staff stuck on your hair especially in front of your for-head JO’M products help me to fight this problem because it’s a hair product that is not oily but has good food for the scalp and the hair.

I did buy the starter-pack you recommended, and it really worked. I ran out of the spray reverently because I am using it on my braids but I will buy it at Clicks. Other thing that I like about the JO'M product is the smell; it has a pleasant natural smell that last longer. I have stopped using other product ever since I started using JO’M.

I appreciate the email. I hope you are keeping well. Yes I’ve been able to get the products. I currently have braids on so I’m using the spray, which is just fine. Are the products suitable for children if parents want to soften the natural hair to make it easier to comb. I have a 2 year old niece and her mom is struggling when it comes to combing the hair, as you would expect. What would you advise?

It’s a pleasure, I really appreciate the fact that you look after your customers/clientele because when I decided to grow my natural hair it was difficult to find the right products that are also reasonably priced. More than anything you accessible, I tried many times to go to other(supplier(s) website, asking questions and phoning them but there was never any feedback. What you are doing is very much appreciated. I hope Jo’M products will be a number one brand in ethnic hair worldwide.

I have both the shampoo and the moisturizer (I normally moisturise the scalp and hair every second evening and morning before putting the doek on), unfortunately I dont have the spray to maintain maphondo, but I'll ask my friend to make neat ones so that I can take off the doek. I normally make maphondo before I go to bed (just to hold the hair in place but not neatly) then remove them in the morning to leave a funky uncombed afro. Thanks for your suggestions, I really cant wait to get my hands on the JO'M Hair Softener Pack!! So far both the shampoo and the moisturizer a doing a great job, my hair feels good, softer, but its still sore to comb it thats why I'm waiting to get the softerner pack. You have good hair products Johanna, good job, keep up the good work.

I was able to find the products, at the moment I have only been using the hair moisturizer, I find the moisturizer very good I must say. It makes my hair manageable, and I love the fact that it is not "sticky" like the other hair products. I still need to find the shampoo though because I don't like using different products on my hair as I am currently doing. Mostly because I have a dry scalp and I read that your shampoo helps with that.

Thank you so much for the quick response. I find the products very good. Ever since the I listened to the Metro talk show that other evening about these products I told myself that come what may, I will try them for myself as I stand nothing to loose. Indeed I lost nothing but gained a life time rich, strong, healthy afro. I introduce my mother (54 years old) to these wonderful products in Cape Town December 2008, she is as happy with her hair as I am.
I told her that she may find the afro pack a bit too much to what she was used to spending for her hair, but if she needs to invest in soft but rich hair like me, then she can not put a price to it. I may have exaggerated a bit but I wanted her to prove for herself (abheme akholwe) and indeed she is in love with her soft small afro .
So far my hair is manage-able even though its about 3 months since my last blow.

After nearly cutting off my natural hair. I watched shift (sabc1 Programme) whilst on leave and found out about the product, bought the hair moisturizer the same day and the moisturizer is working wonders on my hair (afro) thank you very much for the product.

the product that u were using at Pretoria show is which one because the one that u use there it makes makes relax hair to natural very fast u dont have to wait so long .
